Who qualifies to join your Trade program?
Our Trade program is open to interior designers, architects and other design professionals. You must verify your business with the requested credentials.
What credentials do I need to apply?
You will need to submit any two of the following documents:
  • Valid business license verifying your interior design or professional contractor business
  • Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (e.g. ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
  • Valid interior design accreditation/certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate number
  • Copy of your business card with your design profession and contact information
How do I apply for a Trade account?
Click here to complete the trade application. You will need to first create an account in order to apply for membership. Once you submit your application, your application will be reviewed. You will receive notification of your membership status within a 3-5 business days.
Does your Trade program offer tax exemption?
We are required to collect sales tax based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address of the order. As tax regulations evolve, we will continue to monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.

To waive sales tax on qualifying orders, please upload your valid resale certificate(s) under the "Verifying Documents” section of the application.

How do I place a Trade order?
Once you activated your account, sign into your account and place your Trade order on our website. Your trade discount will be automatically applied to eligible products at checkout.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
We offer 15 complimentary fabric swatches every year to Trade members. Swatches can be ordered through our website. We do not offer full-sized samples of our product. You can find swatches to order here.
How will I know that I received my Trade discount?
The price shown at checkout and in your order confirmation will reflect the trade discount, which is automatically applied per item. Your trade discount may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions, and cannot be applied to reduced price, sale, closeout or clearance merchandise. Discount is not applicable toward purchases of Gift Cards, eGift Cards, services, shipping and handling, taxes or other fees, and non-merchandise charges. Discount does not apply to any purchases made prior to enrollment in the Design Trade Program.
