For exchanges or replacements, please email customerservice@craneandcanopy.com. After we have approved your exchange, please use the form below to receive your free return shipping label.
If you use gmail for email, please check both your SPAM folder and PROMOTIONS tab for your free return label.
If you choose to "ship it yourself", you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products within 30 days of purchase.
