STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse via UPS Ground Parcel Service to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together. We ship to the US and Canada, if you are interested in international shipping please see below. Shipping to P.O. or APO Boxes is done via USPS and can take from two to eight business days.

RUSH DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
By choosing 2nd Day service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items. If we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday through Thursday, you will receive your purchase within three business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday by 12 noon PST will arrive on the following Wednesday. Deliveries occur Tuesday through Saturday. 2nd day service is not available on shipments outside of the continental US.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
Crane & Canopy does not maintain Non-Resident Importer status with Canada. Crane & Canopy ships to Canada via USPS. Above price includes appropiate import duty and customs fees charged by USPS. Crane & Canopy is not responsible for additional tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties or any other following costs required to import merchandise beyond those charged by USPS. Orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight plus 50% of the merchandise cost. Crane & Canopy does not offer Expedited Shipping to Canada at this time nor do we offer free return shipping from Canada.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
If you are interested in an international shipment, please contact us at customerservice@craneandcanopy.com for a shipping quote to your country. Crane & Canopy is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other costs required to import merchandise. Crane & Canopy does not provide "blanket" NAFTA documents. Some orders may arrive with C.O.D. conditions that are the responsibility of the customer. International orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight plus 50% of the merchandise cost. We do not accept returns on international orders.
