How do I wash my product?

All of our merchandise come with care labels and/or washing instructions attached on the product. Please refer to the washing instructions included with each product. All of our products except down comforter fills and pillow fills are machine washable.

Can I customize my bedding?

At Crane and Canopy, we pride ourselves in bringing a wide range of variety of products to our customers. If we do not yet offer a pattern or combination of patterns and styles you would like, drop a note to info@craneandcanopy.com. We will do our best to accommodate your style. Please remember that we are able to provide our customers with one of a kind savings on designer quality bedding due to our volume orders with our manufacturers.

What if an item is on back order?

We strive to maintain inventory on all of our products. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email as soon as the product is available again.

I love the accessories in your photographs. Where can I find it if it is not available for sale on your website?

The majority of furniture and accessories used in our photography are personally owned or are items discovered at local flea markets. We encourage you to add your own personal touch and style to your room!
